Graduated from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Dr. Polk regularly participates in courses to improve his craft utilizing modern techniques and materials. He has tailored his hours and dental practice to the needs of the working family as well as the under-served.

Before starting his own private practice, Dr. Polk worked for twelve years practicing dentistry in corporate, private and public offices gaining a wealth of knowledge and understanding about professional patient care and sound dentistry.
