Naishla is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1996 she obtained a degree in Marketing Education. Moved to Memphis, TN in 2001. From 2001 to 2011 she worked as a Bilingual Advocate and Coordinator for Nonprofit Organizations in the Greater Memphis area. In 2012, she joined Dove Family Dentistry, starting at the front desk. She progressively learned various skills and was promoted to management in 2016. She enjoys going to work every day and makes sure that staff and patients feel like part of the family. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Sabrina Rincon is from Maracaibo, Venezuela. She moved to the United States in 2018, after obtaining a degree in Dentistry. In 2020 she became part of Dove Family Dentistry where she started working at the Front Desk and progressively learned various skills and was promoted to Management in 2022. She enjoys going to work every day and makes sure that staff and patients feel like part of the family. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
