Lidia Macias is from San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She moved to the United States when she was 16 years old. She chose to study Dental Hygiene to make an impact in the communities overall health. Since graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Lidia has committed herself to serving and educating the local community. As a valued member of Dove Family Dentistry since 2010., she has taken pride in educating and providing patients with the right tools to keeping their smile healthy. After building confident smiles, she loves to put her energy towards cooking and singing.

Born and raised in Honduras, Franci moved to the United States at the age of 15 in pursuit of greater opportunities and a better future. She graduated from Concorde College in 2020 as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Franci takes great pride in her work and strives to perform every task with excellence. For her, dental assisting is more than a career—it is an opportunity to serve others with compassion, care, and dedication.

Outside of work, music is her greatest passion, and she enjoys spending time playing the piano. Above all, Franci is a person of strong faith, which guides both her personal life and professional values.

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Memphis in 2021. Continued education was completed at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where the Dental Hygiene program was finished and licensure obtained. Passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health, the focus is on preventive care, patient education, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring a comfortable and positive dental experience.
