Ms. Tonya Blaylock is a native of Hardeman County and began her dental career in 2001 after graduating from Concorde Career College as a Registered Dental Assistant. To broaden her dental knowledge, she learned various roles within the office that led her to ultimately transition into management in 2004. Tonya continued her educational journey and went on to obtain a Master’s in Business Administration from AIU. With strong work ethics, dedication and perseverance Tonya became the Office Manager at Dove Family Dentistry this past Fall. Tonya has a strong belief that character is measured by the kindness shown towards others. When she is not leading operations, Tonya enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and husband of 15 years.

Ms. Irene Tate is a longtime native of Tennessee and has been in the dental industry for 23 years. When she first started her career in the dental field, she had no clue how helping others would impact her life. She has overcome many obstacles and still chooses to lead and follow her dreams and passions within her new role as Lead Dental Assistant at Dove Family Dentistry. Being Lead Assistant, her perseverance and determination has allowed her to accomplish Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide Certifications.

Irene appreciates challenges within her profession as she believes they only build character and strength. She chooses to live by the motto “Keep Calm and Smile On!” When not leading clinically, Irene enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and furry pet Biskett!

Zakiyah Brandon was raised in Jackson, Tennessee. She graduated from North Side High School in 2016 and earned her Dental Assisting Certification from Concorde Career College in 2019. After working as a Registered Dental Assistant, she continued her education and earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2025. Zakiyah is committed to providing high-quality dental care and serving the West Tennessee community with compassion and professionalism.
